We know that walking into a traditional boxing gym can be daunting. Our sessions are designed to remove that barrier. Whether you want to learn the art of Boxing, burn 600 calories an hour, or simply de-stress after work, you’ll do it alongside a supportive community of like-minded women.
No intimidation, no egos! just high energy training designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and boost your confidence. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned hitter, our four pillar system gets results.

WHat You Need to Know
All the Sweat, None of the Bruises
This is a non-contact Boxfit class. You’ll hit pads and bags to get a fighter’s physique, but you will never be hit. It’s all the fun of boxing with zero risk.
No Experience? We’ve Got You
Don’t know a jab from a hook? No problem. We pair every beginner with a coach or an experienced member for their first session. We’ll walk you through the basics until you feel like a pro.

The Ultimate Stress-Buster
Leave your worries on the heavy bag. Boxing is the fastest way to clear your head, build confidence, and walk out feeling empowered. It’s 60 minutes of "you time."

What does a class look like?
Warm up
Mobility and bodyweight heart raiser to prep your joints and muscles.
Bag Work
Rounds of speed and power punches, focusing on clean basic combinations.
Pad Work
Partner combinations like 1, 2, slip, 2 to build reflexes and skill.
The Conditioning
Metabolic burn intervals with continuous punching and explosive bodyweight drills.
Core finisher
We finish on the mats with a targeted core circuit. You will move through exercises to strengthen your midsection and provide the stability needed for powerful punches.
Cool Down
Guided recovery and static stretching to relax your muscles and heart rate.
Bag Work
Let it all out. Use the heavy bags to tone your arms and shoulders while getting a serious cardio hit. It’s the ultimate stress-buster—leave your worries on the bag and walk out feeling lighter.
PAD WORK
Team up and take turns! One of you wears the gloves, the other wears the mitts. It’s a fun, social way to sharpen your coordination and keep each other motivated through every combo.
Conditioning
The "metabolic engine." We use functional intervals think continious punching, fast feet, and bodyweight drills to spike your heart rate and sculpt an athletic physique.
Corework
A strong core is the secret to a powerful punch. We finish session with functional floor work designed to tighten the midsection and improve your posture.
Ready to Level Up? (Optional Sparring)
While our weekly sessions are 100% non-contact, we know some of you want to test your skills!
On the last session of every month, we offer an optional sparring block at the end of class. This is your chance to:

Get into the Ring: Experience the footwork and movement of a real bout.

Purely Optional: If sparring isn't for you, you can stick to the bags or finish your workout as usual.

Safety First: This is controlled, technical, and fully supervised by our coaches.
Note: To take part in sparring, you will need your own gum shield (ask at reception)

There is no feeling quite like the walk to the ring. For those who want to take their training to the next level, we provide a structured, safe, and enhansed competitive program. No matter your goal, we ensure you never step through the ropes unprepared.
- The Enhansed Boxing: Join a dedicated team of fighters. Our mixed sex sessions focus on advanced ringcraft, high-performance conditioning, and fight strategy.
- Technical Sparring: Controlled, supervised, and technical. We prioritise your safety and development, ensuring you build confidence before increasing the intensity.
- Full Corner Support: You aren't just a number. Your coaches in your corner on fight night, we are with you every second of the round.
