Do I need to have prior boxing experience to join?

Not at all. We are fully inclusive and welcome everyone into our family-run club, no matter what your current ability or experience level may be. Our coaches are dedicated to getting the best out of every individual.

What should I wear and bring to my first session?

Please wear comfortable sports clothing (like a t-shirt and shorts or leggings) that allows you to move freely. It is also important to bring a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated, as boxing is a high-energy workout!

What kind of equipment do I need?

We provide a full-size boxing ring and extensive training equipment for everyone to use. For your first sessions, we have club boxing gloves and wraps available so you can get started right away.

However, for hygiene reasons, we request that if you choose to continue training with us after your free trial, you purchase your own set of wraps. We sell these at the front desk for £10, and our coaches can show you how to use them properly to protect your hands.

What should I expect from my first session?

You can expect a friendly and welcoming environment. Our sessions focus on a variety of benefits, including learning the art of boxing, increasing fitness, weight loss, and building confidence.

Can I switch between memberships?

Yes! You have total flexibility. You can switch between Pay-Per-Session and Monthly memberships at the end of any month with no penalty.

Do you offer classes specifically for women?

Yes! We run a "ladies only" Boxfit session. These classes use core fitness, bag work, and pad work to help you let off steam and feel great in a supportive environment.

Do you offer one-on-one training?

Yes. Our coaches offer 1-2-1 sessions that are specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals.
